For resellers

White-label an AI agent platform that your customers actually own.

You operate the brand. Your customer signs in through their own identity provider. Their LLM spend lands on their own account. Your invoice is from us; everything they see comes from you. That’s the entire pitch.

The four-level model

01
Platform
Aroovo (us)

Operate the runtime, the database, the deploy pipeline, the security primitives. You never see the platform layer; we never see your downstream customer data.

02
Brand
You

Your hostname, your logo, your palette, your IdP, your LLM keys. One Brand-Owner login admins everything you operate; downstream tenants never see other Brands.

03
Tenant
Your customer

One per customer of yours. They sign in through their own identity provider, their data lives behind their own audit chain, their LLM spend lands on their own bill.

04
Agent
Configured per use case

Sales, support, finance, ops, custom. Each agent has its own scope, tool allowlist, approval gates, and ingress (Teams / Slack / Discord).

What onboarding looks like

  1. Step 1
    Discovery call (30 min)

You walk us through your customer base, channel preference (Teams or Slack), and what agents you want to ship first. We walk you through the platform live.

  2. Step 2
    Contract + Brand creation

We sign a reseller terms agreement (no off-the-shelf pricing — terms by contract). We provision your Brand row, you point your hostname at our Caddy block, you upload your logo.

  3. Step 3
    BYO setup

You register an Entra app or OIDC client for your IdP, paste the public config into Aroovo, drop your Anthropic or OpenAI key into the Brand secrets vault. Both take under an hour with the runbook.

  4. Step 4
    First customer onboarded

You create their Tenant, invite the first user, ship them a Teams app or Slack bot. They're live the same day. Your invoice lands at the end of the month.

Pricing

Contract terms only. No public tiers.

Aroovo sells to resellers through a terms agreement, not a shopping cart. The price depends on how many Tenants you operate, what channels they need, and what model providers you bring. Most reseller relationships involve a platform fee + a per-Tenant charge; LLM spend is yours / your customer’s and never touches our books.

We will not ship a Brand row until contracts are signed. We’d rather say no than mis-set expectations.

Reseller FAQ

How does pricing work?

Contract-only. We don't publish per-seat or per-token tiers because the value depends on how you bundle Aroovo into your own offer. Discovery call → terms agreement → invoice. No public tiers; no surprise add-ons.

Who pays the LLM bill?

Your customer (or you, if you bundle it into your own pricing). Your Brand pastes its Anthropic / OpenAI / OpenRouter / OpenClaw key into Aroovo; we sign every model call with that key. No platform-fronted LLM spend means no platform-fronted margin to defend.

Can my customer see that the platform is Aroovo?

No. Your hostname, your logo, your colour palette, your sign-in page render in their browser. The platform name "Aroovo" appears only in your reseller terms agreement, not in your customer's console.

What identity providers can my customers use?

Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, Okta, and Auth0 today. Per Brand. So one of your customers can sign in on Entra while another signs in on Google, all under your same Brand.

What about my customer's data isolation?

Per-Tenant scoping at every primitive: audit chain, secrets vault, rate limit, spend cap, KB tiers. Two of your customers (two Tenants under one Brand) never see each other's data, even though they share infrastructure.

What support do I get?

Direct line to engineering during the design-partner phase (today). Standard SLA per the reseller terms agreement after that. We're three engineers; we ship daily; you talk to the people who write the code.

We’re taking one design partner now.

A 30-minute call gets us to a yes-or-no on whether the platform fits your customer base.
